Become your organisation's AI governance expert

A practical track for the person responsible for AI governance across the organisation
Most organisations know they need AI governance. Few have someone inside who knows how to build and run it. This track gives you the knowledge, the frameworks, and the hands-on experience to become that person without relying on external consultants.

Who This Is For

One person. One mandate. The whole organisation.

This track is for the internal AI owner: the person who has been handed responsibility for making AI governance work. The title varies. The situation does not.
You might be a DPO, a Head of Compliance, a Legal Counsel, an IT Manager, or a Chief of Staff. What you have in common is accountability for AI governance, and the need to actually know how to do it.
This track is right for you if
  • You are the designated AI owner or governance lead in your organisation
  • You need to understand EU AI Act obligations and how to apply them
  • You want to build and run a governance model yourself without external dependency
  • You learn best by applying frameworks to your own context not sitting through theory

Your Capabilities

By the end of this track, you run governance yourself

The assignments in this track are built around your own organisation. By the time you finish, you have applied every framework to your own context. You know how to do this.
Design and run an AI governance model

You know how to define scope, assign decision rights, and build the operating model that makes governance repeatable across your organisation.

Apply EU AI Act requirements

You understand your obligations under the EU AI Act and how to translate them into controls your organisation can implement and evidence.

What comes next

This track does not stand alone

AI governance, workforce strategy, and digital sovereignty are connected. Organisations that build capability across all three are better positioned than those that address only one. The Tracks Suite combines all three into a structured 90-day programme with integrated coaching.
