About Future Prep

Preparing Organisations for a Future with AI
A European training and advisory platform. Built around practical tools, structured tracks, and the people who have to make AI governance work day to day.

Our Story

The story behind Future Prep

Future Prep was built around a problem we kept encountering: organisations across the EU were being told to adopt AI, without being given the governance frameworks, the training infrastructure, or the practical tools to do it responsibly.

The pilots launched. The experiments ran. But the questions that actually mattered: who is accountable, what happens when something goes wrong, how do we demonstrate control to the board and to regulators, were left unanswered.

Future Prep exists to close that gap. We are a European-first platform, built around EU regulatory context, designed for the people inside organisations who carry the day-to-day responsibility for making AI work safely and at scale.

BUILT FOR EU ORGANISATIONS

What We Do

Future Prep delivers practical training tracks and operational toolkits for EU organisations that need to govern AI responsibly: not in theory, but inside real teams, real processes, and real regulatory environments.

We build around three integrated pillars. AI Governance and Compliance gives organisations the frameworks and controls to run governance themselves. AI Operational Strategy equips the people responsible for workforce transformation and capability building as AI changes how work is done. Digital Sovereignty addresses vendor dependency and operational resilience.

Implementation stays with the client. Our role is to equip the internal owner with the frameworks, decision tools, and working knowledge to make AI adoption repeatable across their organisation.

EU regulatory depth

Every framework is aligned with EU AI Act requirements and GDPR obligations, not retrofitted from US-origin templates.

Practical artefacts

Internal owners leave each track with working documents they can use and defend: governance registers, risk matrices, workforce transition plans, vendor dependency maps.

Modular and scalable

Start with one track or one department. Expand across the organisation as capability grows.

HOW WE WORK

Training, not consulting

Future Prep does not run your AI programme for you. We equip the people inside your organisation to run it themselves: with the frameworks, the documentation, and the decision-making structures that make governance repeatable without external dependency.

Structured tracks, not open-ended programmes

Each track has a defined scope, a clear set of deliverables, and a fixed timeline. You know what you are getting before you start, and so does your organisation.

Built for internal ownership

The goal of every engagement is to leave your organisation with the capability to run AI governance independently. Not to create ongoing reliance on Future Prep.

EU context as standard

EU AI Act obligations, GDPR requirements, and digital sovereignty considerations are built into every framework, not added as optional extras.

One or two people, whole-organisation impact

The tracks are designed for the one or two internal owners who will carry the responsibility. They leave with the tools and training content to build capability across their entire organisation.

WHY FUTURE PREP

Credibility through depth, not credentials

EU AI Act alignment

Our governance frameworks are built around EU AI Act Article 9 requirements: risk management, documentation obligations, and human oversight protocols. Not generic compliance checklists adapted from US regulation.

Artefacts you can show a regulator

Every track produces working documents: governance registers, risk classification matrices, workforce transition plans, vendor dependency maps. These are the documents your organisation would need in an audit or board review.

Delivered through an established European platform

eLearning and assessments are delivered through 22Academy, an established European learning platform with a track record in professional development across the EU.

Built for the regulatory environment you are operating in

Future Prep is a European platform built for European organisations. Every framework, checklist, and coaching session is grounded in EU regulatory context: GDPR, EU AI Act, digital sovereignty obligations. Not adapted for a different market.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

Future Prep is built for EU-based organisations, from mid-market to enterprise. Our primary buyers are executive sponsors (CEOs, COOs, CDOs) who need to demonstrate AI governance to their board, and internal owners (compliance leads, DPOs, IT managers, HR and operations leads) who have been handed responsibility for AI governance or workforce transformation without a ready-made framework. We do not serve individual learners directly. If you are an individual looking for personal AI training, visit 22Academy.

Each track is designed for one or two internal owners per organisation. They go through the track, leave with the frameworks and tools for their pillar, and then use Future Prep’s department training and AI literacy courses to build capability across their teams. The tracks are not mass-enrolment programmes: they train the person who will oversee AI adoption for the organisation.

The three tracks can be taken independently. Each is a one-month structured programme covering one pillar: governance and compliance, workforce strategy and operational transformation, or digital sovereignty.

The Tracks Suite combines all three into a structured 90-day engagement with coaching sessions at every stage. It is designed for the internal owner who needs to build the complete capability in one structured effort.

No. Future Prep is a training and advisory platform. We equip your people with the frameworks, tools, and decision-making structures to govern AI themselves. Implementation stays with your team. This is deliberate: the goal is internal capability, not external dependency.

Our governance frameworks are aligned with EU AI Act obligations, including Article 9 risk management requirements, documentation standards, and human oversight protocols. We update content as the regulatory landscape evolves. Clients remain responsible for their own compliance decisions and we recommend verifying specific obligations with qualified legal counsel.

Future Prep offers subscription tiers for organisations, covering different levels of access to courses, tools, and resources. Individual tracks and the flagship 90-day programme are also available. For team and enterprise pricing, request a quote and we will respond within one business day.

Participants in the flagship 90-day programme leave with a governance register, a risk classification matrix, a workforce transition plan, an EU AI Act readiness report, and a vendor dependency and continuity plan. These are working documents the organisation can maintain and defend independently.

Individual track participants receive the artefacts specific to that pillar. AI Literacy participants receive a completion record for their organisation’s training register.
