Become your organisation's expert on AI and the workforce

A practical track for the person responsible for AI adoption and workforce transformation across the organisation
AI is changing how work gets done across every function. Someone in your organisation needs to understand what that means, how to manage the transition, and how to build the capability to sustain it. This track makes you that person.

Who This Is For

One person. The whole workforce impact.

This track is for the internal AI owner: the person accountable for how AI adoption affects the organisation’s people, roles, and ways of working. You might be a COO, an HR Director, a Head of Operations, or a Digital Transformation lead. What matters is that you are the person who needs to understand and manage the workforce dimension of AI adoption.
This track is right for you if
  • You are the internal owner of AI adoption and workforce transformation
  • You need to understand the workforce impact of AI and how to manage the transition
  • You are responsible for building capability and training across departments
  • You want to learn through assignments applied to your own organisation, not generic case studies
