Become your organisation's expert on vendor risk and digital resilience

A practical track for the person responsible for operational resilience and vendor risk across the organisation
Most EU organisations have more vendor dependency than they realise, and AI is accelerating it. Someone in your organisation needs to understand that exposure, know how to assess it, and know how to reduce it. This track makes you that person.

Who This Is For

One person. The organisation's resilience posture.

This track is for the internal AI owner: the person accountable for vendor risk, operational resilience, and technology dependency. You might be a CTO, an IT Manager, a Head of Security, or a Procurement lead. What matters is that you need to understand what your organisation depends on and how to build the controls that reduce that exposure.
This track is right for you if
  • You are the internal owner of vendor risk and operational resilience
  • You need to understand your organisation's dependency exposure and how to assess it
  • You are responsible for procurement controls and supplier assurance
  • You want to apply frameworks to your own organisation, not study hypothetical scenarios

Your Capabilities

By the end of this track, you own the resilience strategy

Every assignment in this track is applied to your own organisation. By the time you finish, you have the knowledge and the hands-on experience to assess and manage digital sovereignty independently.
Map and score your dependencies

You know how to build a structured dependency register, score criticality and concentration risk, and prioritise where to act.

Assess jurisdiction and data control exposure

You understand how to analyse access paths, data residency claims, and the jurisdiction risks that affect your organisation's AI supply chain.

Build procurement and contracting controls

You know how to set requirements by criticality tier, negotiate appropriate contract protections, and maintain assurance evidence for your key suppliers.

Design and maintain resilience

You know how to build continuity modes, exit readiness, and the governance structures that keep your resilience programme running over time.

What comes next

This track does not stand alone

AI governance, workforce strategy, and digital sovereignty are connected. Organisations that build capability across all three are better positioned than those that address only one. The Tracks Suite combines all three into a structured 90-day programme with integrated coaching.
