What it is
A one-page reference covering six exit-readiness controls, each with a short set of actions: an export plan, an external prompt library, workflow notes, retention rules, a quarterly restore test and a contractual check. It is designed to be read in a few minutes and used as a working checklist, not filed and forgotten.
It is for anyone responsible for how AI tools are run day to day: IT and security, operations, and the people who own the workflows AI now touches. Use it when you adopt a new AI provider, before you sign or renew a vendor contract, and as a periodic check on tools already embedded in your work.
How it works
- Download the pack and read the six controls, noting which ones your organisation already covers.
- For each gap, assign an owner and a realistic date to close it.
- Store your exports, prompt library and workflow notes outside the vendor's platform, so they survive a switch.
- Run the restore test at least once a quarter: rebuild a workflow from your exported material and confirm it works.
- Review the pack before signing or renewing any AI vendor contract.
