What it is
The tool is a staged due-diligence path. It asks where you are in your vendor process, then routes you to the checks that carry the most weight at that point: governance maturity and standards when you are scoping, transparency and documentation when you are evaluating, and data, liability, notification and exit terms when you are about to sign.
